File Processing and Storage
Important: We take your file privacy seriously:
- 3D model files are temporarily stored on secure EU-based infrastructure (Frankfurt, Germany) during processing (typically 30-120 seconds)
- Files are automatically deleted immediately after slicing analysis is complete
- We do not retain, view, or use your 3D models for any purpose other than providing the requested analysis
- All file transfers are encrypted using TLS, and files are encrypted at rest
Cookies and Tracking
We use a limited number of cookies to operate our service:
- Essential cookies: Session cookies required for the website and API to function, including authentication and security. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymised data about page views, session duration, and general usage patterns. Data Retention

- 3D Model Files: Automatically deleted within minutes of processing
- Usage Logs: Retained for up to 2 years for security and analytics
- Payment Records: Retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law
Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
International Data Transfers
Our service infrastructure is hosted entirely within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). For users in the EU and UK, your data remains within the EU and is handled in accordance with EU and UK data protection requirements.
For users outside the EU/UK, your data will be processed on our EU infrastructure. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
